WV AG Patrick Morrisey: Title IX was not created to protect trans men in women’s sports

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey says he’s hopeful the U.S. Supreme Court will hear his case for upholding the state’s law banning transgender student athletes from playing on women’s sports teams. “This could be another landmark case for America. And if it happens the right way, maybe we can begin moving in a more sane direction in terms of all these policies,” he says.
