Ex-Israeli defense minister says Iran is planning an extermination program with a nuclear weapon
He later went on to criticize the Biden administration for not doing anything and attempting to avoid confrontation with Iran.
Former Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman said Iran is planning a nuclear Holocaust for the Jewish state in the next two years.
"We are in the midst of an Iranian extermination program," Lieberman said during an interview, according to Fox News. "Israel will be attacked with the aim of destroying it from several fronts with tens of thousands of missiles at the same time."
Lieberman made these remarks during an interview with Israel's Army Radio where he predicted the extermination attempt would occur in the next two years.
He later went on to criticize the Biden administration for inaction against Iran.
"The Biden administration wants to avoid any confrontation with Iran," he said. "They are afraid that if they move into confrontation, confrontational Iran may actually move towards having a bomb."
The United Nations’ nuclear watchdog reported last month that Iran's uranium stockpile has increased to near weapons-grade levels.
"They have enough material to produce the fissile material that is necessary for three bombs within a month," Lieberman said.
