Homeland security chief Noem to visit Israel for memorial in honor of embassy staffers

Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar and U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee are also expected to participate in the ceremony honoring the embassy employees, Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgrim.

Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem is scheduled to visit Israel Monday morning for a memorial service honoring the two Israeli Embassy staffers who were killed in Washington, D.C. leaving an event at the Jewish Museum.

Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar and U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee are also expected to participate in the ceremony honoring the embassy employees, Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgrim.

According to a statement from Israel’s Foreign Ministry, a tree will be planted in the couple's memory.
