Iran warned Monday that it would use "new weapons with new capabilities" if the U.S. launches new attacks. 

The warning follows statements Trump made to Fox News on Sunday, saying that he would "probably" be open to meeting with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian during the United Nations General Assembly this week.

Trump also said he was still trying to decide how to continue the mission in Iran, saying he is choosing between "wiping Iran out, letting them rot economically or making a deal." 

“My question is, if and when do I blow the entire nation up,” Trump said, adding that "they better behave." 

“If a new aggression takes place, we will definitely change the weapons and geography of the war,” Hossein Mohebbi, a spokesman for Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said Monday, NBC reported, citing Iranian news media.
