Iran’s president said Sunday that the Islamic Republic will not engage in direct negotiations with the United States over its nuclear program.

President Donald Trump sent a letter to the country’s supreme leader about negotiating a deal.

According to the Associated Press, President Masoud Pezeshkian said indirect negotiations with the Trump administration is still a possibility.
