Israel strikes building inside Gaza hospital targeting Hamas, no casualties reported
Israel was reportedly targeting Hamas militants who it said are exploiting the Al-Ahli Arab Baptist Hospital to plan attacks.
Two Israeli missiles struck a building located inside of a main Gaza hospital on Sunday and no casualties have been reported.
According to Reuters, the emergency and reception department were damaged in the strike.
The outlet reported that Israel was targeting Hamas militants who it said are exploiting the Al-Ahli Arab Baptist Hospital to plan attacks.
Patients were evacuated from the building after an Israeli security official called in before the attack.
The Israeli military said it had prepared ways to lessen the harm to civilians ahead of the strike.
