An Israeli counterterrorism raid on Israel's West Bank on Wednesday resulted in the deaths of 10 Palestinian men, including at least four confirmed militants, and over 100 others reportedly injured.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said at least 102 people were wounded during the clash with Israeli soldiers in the Palestinian city of Nablus.
