Cuba's power grid collapsed again on Friday, which resulted in millions losing power, reports said.

CBS News reported that it was "at least" the sixth time the power grid collapsed since President Trump impose the U.S. fuel blockade in January of this year.

Only 5% of users in Havana reportedly had power by dusk.
