Trump Media debuts Truth+ Streaming App for Android
Ahead of markets opening, stock in DJT was up by a modest .98% after rising nearly 20% on Tuesday as the company rode its longest rally in months.
The Trump Media & Technology Group on Thursday announced the launch of an Android app for its Truth+ TV streaming platform.
“We’ve reached another milestone in our goal of creating an uncancellable safe harbor for free speech,” CEO Devin Nunes said in a press release. “Starting from scratch, in a few years we’ve launched both a free-speech social media platform and a TV streaming platform for content that’s at risk of cancellation or cannot find a home due to the biases of TV networks—and we successfully launched our own content delivery network to do it."
"I look forward to continuing our streaming rollout while expanding the content library available on Truth+," he concluded.
The company initially launched the Truth+ platform on iOS in early August.
