Witnesses allege Joe Biden's involvement in business deals at first public impeachment hearing

Two key impeachment inquiry witnesses are set to deliver testimony on Wednesday centered on what they allege is Joe Biden’s direct involvement in his family’s business dealings.

Both witnesses, Jason Galanis and Tony Bobulinski, who are ex-business partners of Hunter Biden will tell the committee about their respective experiences about how the Biden family allegedly used their name and access to the family patriarch to ink deals across the world.

“The entire value-add of Hunter Biden to our business was his family name and his access to his father, Vice President Joe Biden,” Galanis will say in his written testimony, reviewed by Just the News. Galanis will appear virtually at the hearing from an Alabama prison, where he is serving a sentence for his participation in a fraudulent tribal bonds scheme with fellow Hunter Biden associate Devon Archer.

In one deal with Chinese firm Harvest Fund Management, Galanis testifies its Chairman Henry Zhao was specifically interested in partnering with Hunter Biden’s and Galanis’ firm, Burnham, because there was an understanding Joe Biden would join the board at the end of his vice presidency.

“Mr. Zhao was interested in this partnership because of the game-changing value add of the Biden family, including Joe Biden, who was to be a member of the Burnham-Harvest team post-vice presidency, providing political access in the United States and around the world,” Galanis said in written testimony.

Tony Bobulinski, the only invited witness able to appear in person, after both Hunter Biden and Devon Archer refused to appear, is set to testify about how he met personally with the Biden patriarch and how Joe Biden was allegedly “the Brand” being sold.

“I want to be crystal clear: from my direct personal experience and what I have subsequently come to learn, it is clear to me that Joe Biden was “the Brand” being sold by the Biden family,” Bobulinski says in his written testimony, reviewed by Just the News. “His family’s foreign influence peddling operation – from China to Ukraine and elsewhere – sold out to foreign actors who were seeking to gain influence and access to Joe Biden and the United States government.”

“Joe Biden was more than a participant in and beneficiary of his family’s business; he was an active, aware enabler who met with business associates such as myself to further the business, despite being buffered by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability,” he alleges.
