Trump joins family in attending New York funeral of former wife Ivana Trump

Former President Trump on Wednesday attended the funeral of first wife Ivana Trump, with their three children at his side.
"A very sad day, but at the same time a celebration of a wonderful and beautiful life," the ex-president posted on his social media platform, Truth Social. "This will not be easy!!!"
Trump's family announced Thursday that his former wife had died at her Manhattan home. She was 73.
Authorities said her death was an accident, with blunt impact injuries to her torso as the cause.
The funeral mass, also attended by Trump's wife and former first lady Melania Trump, was held at St. Vincent Ferrer Roman Catholic Church on Manhattan's Upper East Side, according to the Associated Press.
Ivana Trump was a 1980s style icon and businesswoman who helped her husband build the business empire that led to his presidency.
The former couple's three children together are Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric. They attended the service with their respective families.
Trump' second wife, Marla Maples, also attended the service with their only child, Tiffany Trump.
Ivana and Donald Trump met in the 1970s and were married from 1977 to 1992.
