Congressman Steube returns from hospital after fall

Florida GOP Rep. Greg Steube has been released from the hospital after sustaining serious injuries from a fall last week.

Steube fell over 20 feet while cutting a tree outside of his Sarasota, Florida, home Wednesday.

The congressman said Monday in announcing his return from the hospital that he’ll “be carrying out as many of my congressional duties as possible” while he recovers at home.

“I am blessed to have a great support team in my wife Jennifer as well as numerous friends and family, including the Steube pups! Grateful for everyone’s prayers and well-wishes as I recover from a fractured pelvis, a punctured lung, and several torn ligaments in my neck,” Steube told Fox News Digital.
