Feras Hamdan, a 36-year-old Ohio doctor, was arrested and charged after allegedly causing GOP Rep. Max Miller to drive off the road, according the Daily Wire citing police.

The news outlet reported that the Rocky River, Ohio, police revealed that the incident happened on June 15.

Hamdan had allegedly tailgated Miller's vehicle and swerved, which resulted in the congressman driving off the road to prevent an accident.

Miller's wife and 2-year-old son were in the car when the incident happened, police said.
