Lockdown lifted on Republican National Committee HQ on Capitol Hill

The lockdown on Republican National Committee headquarters, in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday morning was lifted at about 9:25 a.m. 

A hazmat team was sent to the site.

What trigger the lockdown has still not been officially announced. However, NBC News reports vials of blood were sent to the building.
