Michael Cohen, a former attorney for former President Trump, is expected to take the stand in Trump's hush money trial on Monday.

Cohen has said he made a $130,000 payment to porn star Stormy Daniels on behalf of Trump ahead of the 2016 presidential election in exchange for her silence.

Prosecutors have alleged that Trump falsified business records when he reimbursed Cohen for the payment he made to Daniels.

Daniels took the stand in the hush money trial last week. Daniels and Trump's attorney, Susan Necheles, had a heated exchange over the payment.
