Hunter Biden back in court for last hearing ahead of his June 3 gun trial
President Biden's son has pleaded not guilty.
Hunter Biden, President Biden's son, returned to court on Friday for the final hearing in his federal firearms case in Delaware.
The trial is set to take place June 3 after U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika rejected Hunter's bid to delay the prosecution.
He was charged with two counts of making false statements about his use of drugs on a form to purchase a gun in October 2018.
A third charge alleged that he possessed the firearm for about 11 days despite his history of drug use.
He has pleaded not guilty.
