Hunter Biden’s gun charges trial is set to take place in June after U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika rejected his bid to delay the prosecution.

President Joe Biden’s son is charged with two counts of making false statements by lying about his use of drugs on a form to purchase a firearm in October 2018.

A third charge alleges that he possessed the firearm for roughly 11 days knowing he had a history of drug use.

He has pleaded not guilty.
