Rudy Giuliani and six others plead 'not guilty' in Georgia election case
All 7 of them waived their right to an arraignment hearing, according to reports.
Former New York City mayor and Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani and six others pleaded "not guilty" Friday in the Georgia election subversion case.
All 7 of them waived their right to an arraignment hearing, according to CNN.
The other co-defendants include Mike Roman, Harrison Floyd, Scott Hall, Stephen Lee, Robert Cheeley, and Kenneth Chesebro.
Former President Donald Trump and his 18 co-defendants named in Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis's indictment have been charged with 13 felony charges related to alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election result in the state.
The charges include charges under the state's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, as well as charges of conspiracy, making false statements and soliciting a public official to violate their oath.
Trump has previously surrendered himself for booking in three other prosecutions, including one from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and two from special counsel Jack Smith, though none of those instances saw authorities take a mugshot of the former president.
