More than 450 pages of documents related to the 1994 O.J. Simpson investigation were released to the public by the FBI on Friday.

The documents were related to the investigation regarding the double homicides of O.J.'s ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.

This is the first time the collection has been made available to the public, according to CBS News. Other documents have been made available through FOIA requests.

The documents include detailed handwritten pages that listed fabrics and hairs gathered from Simpson and the two victims.

In April of this year, Simpson, 76, passed away from prostate cancer.

He was acquitted of the murder Brown and her-then boyfriend Ron Goldman in 1995.
