Two suspects charged in shooting of four people on Virginia State University’s campus
Multiple suspects have been identified and the charges have not yet been announced.
Two suspects have been charged in the shooting of four people on Virginia State University’s campus on Wednesday, according to local news reports.
The Chesterfield County Police Department said shortly before 12:40 a.m., officers responded to a shooting that occurred outside of the Daniel Gymnasium on campus.
None of the people involved in the shooting were students.
Xavier J. Gordon, 21 and Clyde D. White, Jr., 21, were taken into custody and face gun charges.
The suspects are not enrolled as students.
The motive is unknown at this time.
