Trump administration orders French companies holding government contracts to comply with DEI ban

The Trump administration is ordering French companies holding U.S. government contracts to comply with the president's executive order banning diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs, according to a Reuters report.

The companies were sent a questionnaire called, “Certification Regarding Compliance With Applicable Federal Anti-Discrimination Law,” Reuters reported.

The administration this week also banned DEI from foreign service recruitment.
