President Donald Trump announced on Sunday that the Iran peace deal is now complete.

"The Deal with the Islamic Republic of Iran is now complete. Congratulations to all! I hereby fully authorize the toll free opening of the Strait of Hormuz, and, simultaneously herewith, authorize the immediate removal of the United States Naval blockade," he wrote on Truth Social.

"Ships of the World, start your engines. Let the oil flow!" he added.

Trump did not share the full details of the agreement.

Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said the deal is comprehensive and includes Lebanon.

"Both sides have declared the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, ‌including in Lebanon," Sharif wrote on X.

Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced Sunday that the signing ceremony would take place June 19 in Switzerland.

An Iranian official disclosed some of the contents of the agreement earlier Sunday anonymously with Reuters.

In a separate post on Sunday evening, Trump wrote that the Strait of Hormuz will reopen "upon the signing" of the deal on Friday.

"This Great Deal will bring Peace and Security to the whole Region. Many presidents have tried to make Peace with Iran, and all have failed before me," he wrote.

"The Leaders of the Region have, for the first time, found a President who can help them achieve real Peace. With the opening of the Strait upon the signing of the Deal on Friday, for purposes of mine removal, oil will flow on both ends again for the Region, and the World!" he added.

Shortly before Trump's announcement of the deal, the leader of Iranian parliament’s National Security Committee said that Tehran would respond to Israel’s strike in Beirut.

“Today’s crime by the Zionist regime in Dahieh, Beirut, once again proved that the U.S. is weak and lacks credibility, as it is not even capable of controlling this illegitimate regime. A strong response is coming,” Ebrahim Azizi wrote in a post shared on X.
