President Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will meet Monday in Florida in an effort to advance a U.S.-brokered truce this past fall in the war between Israel and Palestinian-backed Hamas in Gaza.
Netanyahu is also expected to make the case for new action against Iran while at Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, a White House official told NBC News. Israel declared war on Hamas after the terror group's deadly Oct. 7, 2023, attack on Israel.
