President Donald Trump on Thursday is patrolling with the National Guard in downtown Washington D.C., along with Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy White House Chief of Staff Stephen Miller.

Trump announced the plan earlier Thursday, which is designed to review his crackdown on crime, homelessness and illegal immigration in the nation's capital.

It is not clear how long the patrol is expected to last.
