Kevin Shipp says the CIA’s domestic operations are unconstitutional and illegal
Former CIA officer Kevin Shipp sounds the alarm on the CIA’s growing footprint on U.S. soil. “I think it's a very bad thing because the CIA’s charter forbids it from any activity domestically within the United States,” he says.
