Kimberly Hermann: ‘Nobody is above the law’
Southeastern Legal Foundation General Counsel Kimberly Hermann argues that the American people have a constitutional right to see President Biden’s email correspondence. “If there’s nothing nefarious in them, then why are you hiding them?” Hermann questions. “It just doesn’t make any sense.”
