Man arrested for allegedly trespassing at presidential candidate RFK Jr's Los Angeles home
The independent candidate has asked the Biden administration on several occasions for secret service protection
Los Angeles police said Thursday they have arrested a man for allegedly trespassing twice this week at the home of 2024 independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
Kennedy's private security firm reportedly caught the so-far unnamed suspect trying to climb a fence at the candidate's home twice on Wednesday.
The intruder asked to see the candidate and was turned over the the Los Angles Police Department," Kennedy's campaign said.
The campaign also added Kennedy was present in his home during the arrest.
This incident comes one month after another man was arrested at one of Kennedy's campaign events, possessing two holstered weapons.
The Democrat-turned-independent candidate has requested secret service protection from the Biden administration, but has been unsuccessful in his requests.
His campaign on Wednesday requested for the third time for the administration to approve secret service protection.
