White House trolls pop singer after she denounces its ICE mashup with her sex song

"We won’t apologize for deporting dangerous criminal illegal murderers, rapists, and pedophiles from our country," White House spokesperson says, questioning if Sabrina Carpenter is "stupid" or "slow."

The White House is using a pop singer's music to promote Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids, making a second video after she denounced the first and ordered the White House to leave her music out of its "inhumane agenda."

It posted a video Friday of Sabrina Carpenter's promo for tonight's episode of Saturday Night Live, which she's hosting, replacing her word "hot" with "illegal" when Carpenter tells a Latino cast member "I think I might need to arrest someone for being too hot" and he responds, in arrest pose, "well I turn myself in."

The video then shows a montage of ICE raids. The status on X reads" PSA: If you’re a criminal illegal, you WILL be arrested & deported."

The White House had first used Carpenter's song "Juno," about sexual positions, in an earlier ICE raid montage. "Have you ever tried this one?" and "I know you want my touch" she sings as ICE chases down suspects. Carpenter responded by calling the video, since deleted, "evil and disgusting" and demanding no more usage of her music.

White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson made two more references to Carpenter's music, her album "Short n' Sweet" and song "Manchild," in its response.

"Here’s a Short n’ Sweet message for Sabrina Carpenter: we won’t apologize for deporting dangerous criminal illegal murderers, rapists, and pedophiles from our country. Anyone who would defend these sick monsters must be stupid, or is it slow?"

Trump has frequently used pop songs in his presidential campaigns, drawing cease-and-desist orders from ABBA, Foo Fighters, Kenny Loggins and most recently Beyonce, who objected to her song "Freedom" in Trump's 2024 campaign video but then allowed Democratic nominee Kamala Harris to use it as her campaign song, Politico reported.
