Is American society fair and decent, or is it unfair and discriminatory? Back in the 90s, if you asked this question you might find the majority of people saying yes, American society is fair and decent. Now, you’ll find the majority saying the opposite.

Only 38% of voters today think American society is “fair and decent.” 47% of voters think the opposite, that America is generally “unfair and discriminatory.” If we look into these numbers further, we see that 77% of Black voters, 49% of Hispanic voters, and 50% of White voters think American society has a lot of work to do.

Scott Rasmussen explores these numbers further, and what it means for America’s ability to reform and replace the good with the bad, on his new Number of the Day podcast.
