New York Jets, Green Bay Packers complete Aaron Rodgers trade

The New York Jets and Green Bay Packers have reportedly agreed to a trade that will see longtime Packers QB Aaron Rodgers join the New York team this year.
Rodgers indicated in mid-March that he intended to play for the Jets but that the Packers had been "digging their heels in" over the issue. Yahoo! Sports on Monday reported that the trade had gone through.
The long-time Green Bay quarterback was an MVP four times and last led the team to a Super Bowl victory in 2011. The Jets hope that the long-time NFL veteran will help them to rebuild a struggling team and lead them to a successful season while the Packers had sought to make room for Jordan Love.
