Shocking footage on social media on Saturday showed a collision between two aircrafts at a Dallas airshow that ended in a fiery plunge to the ground.

Multiple angles of the incident were uploaded to Twitter on Saturday afternoon. The collision reportedly occurred at the Wings Over Dallas Airshow at Dallas Executive Airport south of downtown Dallas.

David Sentendrey at Fox 4 Dallas Fort-Worth posted on Twitter a statement reportedly from the FAA claiming that it was "unknown how many people were on both aircraft."

The planes involved were a Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress and a Bell P-63 Kingcobra, according to the FAA's statement.
