Carter Page lawyer: Law enforcement should be investigating FISA abuse, not me

Carter Page’s lawyer, Tim Parlatore, says that he should not have to bring a civil lawsuit against former Obama administration officials because law enforcement is supposed to investigate FISA abuse.
