He also discusses FEMA’s delayed response, restrictions on the use of private drones, and the urgent need for faster contractor credentialing. Estess goes on to stress the importance of collaboration between federal and local authorities, while recognizing the dedication of first responders and the power of community support during disaster recovery efforts.
