Tens of thousands expected to participate in the anti-abortion March for Life rally Friday in Washington, D.C.
President Donald Trump is expected to address the annual event via video, while he's in North Carolina and California.
The March for Life rally is an anti-abortion rally that takes place every year where thousands protest against the practice of abortion.
Vice President JD Vance will attend in person, with temperatures below freezing at the start.
Vance said in a statement that his attendance is “a sign of his commitment to standing up for life.”
“We are thrilled that Vice President Vance has chosen the National March for Life for his first public appearance in his new role — a sign of his commitment to standing up for life,” March for Life President Jeanne Mancini said in a statement.
Trump's remote appearance will take place at 4:30 p.m., according to the the news outlet Politico
