Former President Donald Trump on Friday floated the idea of visiting Springfield, Ohio, or Aurora, Colorado, and hosting a town hall or campaign event.

Both towns have come into national focus recently over reports that Venezuelan migrants are taking over an apartment complex in Colorado, and allegations that Haitian migrants are stealing and eating pets in Ohio.

Real America's Voice anchor Amanda Head, who co-hosts the "Just The News, No Noise" television show with John Solomon, asked Trump if he would be campaigning in either town.

"Well we could," Trump said. "Maybe Springfield, maybe Aurora, maybe both. We'll go there ... We will do large deportations from Springfield, Ohio, large deportations. We're going to get these people out. We're bringing them back to Venezuela ... We will have the largest deportation in the history of our country and we’re going to start with Springfield and Aurora."
