A judge in Georgia announced Thursday that former President Donald Trump's trial in Georgia will be televised and live streamed.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAffe said that he would allow a YouTube stream of upcoming Trump trial and other related hearings and trials, according to CBS News

Last week, Trump had a mugshot taken of himself at the Fulton County jail where he surrendered on 13 felony charges related to alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election result in the state.

The charges include charges under the state's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, as well as charges of conspiracy, making false statements and soliciting a public official to violate their oath.

The former president pleaded not guilty to the charges on Thursday and waived the arraignment.

Trump's waiver and not guilty plea filed Thursday by the former president's new attorney Steve Sadow comes after several co-defendants in the case already waived their arraignments and pleaded not guilty.
