Continuing to dole out new election-year job opportunities, President Donald Trump used a trip Monday night to Ohio to announce the War Department’s new submarine component repair center will locate in Cleveland.

"This massive 46,000 square foot facility will manufacture, repair and maintain key parts for virtually all new and existing submarines,” Trump told a cheering crowd in Youngstown at a midterm election rally.

“A big deal that everybody wanted. And it's going to be right here in Ohio in Cleveland, Ohio," he added.

Trump’s stop in Ohio kept the announcements rolling, and also gave him an opportunity to showcase his reinvigoration of the US military.

"By the way, we make the greatest submarines anywhere in the world. We're 15 years ahead of No. 2, which is Russia. But they are No. 2,” he told the crowd.
