Ivanka Trump, the eldest daughter of former President Donald Trump, is testifying Wednesday in New York Democratic Attorney General Letitia James' civil fraud trial of her family's business. 

While Ivanka Trump is not a defendant in the case, her father and two of her brothers, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, are and they are fighting allegations that the Trump Organization inflated the value of its assets to get better insurance and loan terms.
