Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz said Monday that for the first time in 11 years, he has been invited back to his alma mater to speak about Israel.

"For the first time in the 11 years I've been retired from Harvard, I was actually invited back next week to speak about Israel," Dershowitz said on the "John Solomon Reports" podcast. "First time in 11 years. And I suspect there will be protests and disruptions. People just don't want to hear the other side of issues."

Dershowitz criticized the United Kingdom for its recent crackdown on free speech.

Earlier this month, as Irish comedian Graham Linehan stepped off a plane from the U.S., armed police in London arrested him for criticizing gender ideology while in America

"The UK has become a disgraceful parody of democracy and if it portends what America will be like in five years, we're in deep trouble," Dershowitz said. "They stopped believing in free speech."

U.K. Reform Party leader Nigel Farage warned during a hearing that if Americans come to the U.K., they could be arrested for their speech
