Congressman Ralph Norman planning to run for Graham’s Senate seat

Darline Graham Nordone, ​Graham's sister, was sworn in ‌on Tuesday to serve out his current term.

Rep. Ralph Norman, R-S.C., is planning ‌to run for ​U.S. Senate after the passing of longtime ⁠Senator Lindsey Graham.

"For years, Senator Lindsey Graham fought hard to save America and defend South Carolina. Now, President [Donald] Trump needs another proven America First conservative in the US Senate to deliver on those America First priorities," Norman said in a statement.

Darline Graham Nordone, ​Graham's sister, was sworn in ‌on Tuesday to serve out his current term.

President Trump later endorsed her for the full 6-year term should she decide to run.
