Elon Musk hosting voter town halls in Pennsylvania starting Thursday
Musk's first town hall is scheduled in Folsom on Thursday
Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk is hosting town halls with voters in Pennsylvania this week, according to announcement by America PAC, which he founded.
Musk, who has endorsed former President Trump, is holding his first town hall is scheduled in Folsom on Thursday, followed by events in Pittsburgh and Harrisburg.
“Currently, I have 3 talks scheduled in Pennsylvania, but will probably do half a dozen throughout the state,” Musk wrote in a post on X Thursday morning.
The format of the town hall events is unclear. A livestream of the events has not been announced.
According to America PAC, voters interested in attending have to be registered voters in Pennsylvania and must sign a petition in support of the First and Second Amendments of the U.S. Constitution. Musk said that there is no attendance fee.
The deadline to register to vote in Pennsylvania in the November election is Oct. 21.
"By signing below, I am pledging my support for the First and Second Amendments," the event page on the America PAC website said.
America PAC said it will give $47 to signers for each registered voter that they refer who also signs the petition.
