Former Vice President Kamala Harris is urging Democrats to turn their frustration with President Donald Trump into action with a "too big to rig" turnout for this election.

Harris campaigned for Democratic candidates in seven states during the final stretch of the campaign, wrapping up with a two-day visit to Georgia.

“We just need to turn out in really large numbers that would be too big to rig,” Harris said at Atlanta’s Elizabeth Baptist Church, warning that Trump could try to interfere in the election.

Trump, who ran against Harris in 2024, often used the "too big to rig" line in the 2024 election cycle.

“The South is in play,” Harris also said, arguing that Democrats could win in that region if they invest more resources there.

Harris described Trump as “callous, corrupt and incompetent” and mocked his White House renovations by calling him the “decorator in chief.”

The former vice president urged Democrats to take a more aggressive approach to governing, calling for changes such as expanding the Supreme Court, granting statehood to Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico, and reconsidering the Electoral College.

She said those policy pursuits are "structural work."
