North Carolina GOP Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson is projected to win the North Carolina GOP gubernatorial primary on Tuesday evening.

The Associated Press called the race for Robinson, who earned 65.3% of the vote as of 10:30 p.m. with 82% of the vote reporting. Opponents Dale Folwell and Bill Graham trailed with 18.5% and 16.1% each.

State Attorney General Josh Stein, meanwhile, won the Democratic primary, with 69.3% of the vote as of 10:30 p.m. with 83% of the vote reporting. Opponents Michael Morgan and Chrelle Booker earned 14.3% and 6.7%, respectively.

The pair will face off in November to succeed Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper.
