Stephen Baldwin: Democrats have failed to get their 'sh*t together'
The actor and political activist warns that the Democratic nominee needs a good showing in presidential debates to stand a chance against Trump.
Stephen Baldwin warned that whoever wins the Democratic nomination "better be damn well prepared" to take on President Trump in the upcoming debates.
The actor and political activist, speaking on the sidelines of last week's Conservative Political Action Conference in D.C., said that the GOP gave the Democratic Party "lots of time to get its sh*t together" -- but it's failing to win over voters.
"So now they deserve everything they got coming," he said.
Former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) are frontrunners in the race after significant victories for each in Super Tuesday contests across the South and beyond.
"I think whoever the nominee is bro, I think it'll be a miracle when they debate Donald J. Trump," he said. "Anybody that thinks they can come up against this guy better be damn well prepared for the debate when it comes closer to November."
Baldwin came to CPAC to "wake the rest of the country up" to what he said will be a landslide presidential victory.
"I don't think Donald J. Trump is the best president ever but he's in the top three, if you know what I'm saying. That's a pretty good statistic right there brother."
