Trump can attend son Barron's high school graduation in May, judge says
Trump, the 2024 GOP presidential nominee, previously said he was being “prohibited” from going to the graduation.
New York Judge Juan Merchan ruled on Tuesday that former President Donald Trump will be able to attend his son Barron Trump’s high school graduation on May 17 and skip court for the hush money trial.
Trump, the 2024 GOP presidential nominee, previously said he was being “prohibited” from going to the graduation.
Merchan reportedly said on Tuesday that he doesn't “think the May 17 date is a problem."
Earlier on Tuesday, Merchan fined Trump $9,000 for violating a gag order 9 times.
