Officials are investigating the death of a Wells Fargo employee found 4 days after checking into work for the last time.
Denise Prudhomme, 60, was reportedly found dead on Aug. 20 in her office in Arizona.

Authorities said she last scanned into the office building at 7 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 16.
Wells Fargo said her cubicle was located in part of the building with less employees compared to others.
The cause of death has not yet been determined.
