A recent poll shows that five out of six GOP women don't support Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for president.

The poll, conducted by The Economist and YoungGov, shows that 54% of female Republicans back former President Trump, with 17% backing DeSantis. In third place is former Vice President Mike Pence with 6% support.

The poll also shows that Trump has a 51% to 21% lead over DeSantis.

The survey was conducted June 10-13 and surveyed 1,500 people.

“Trump continues to be the top choice of registered voters who are Republicans or independents who lean toward the Republican Party," the polling memo states, according to Florida Politics. "Among this group, Trump holds a 30-percentage-point lead over Florida Governor Ron DeSantis in a hypothetical Primary held now; all other announced candidates tested are in single digits."

The survey also notes that Trump is doing better than other GOP candidates with voters over the age of 45.

According to the poll, Trump has 54% support with those middle-aged voters, while DeSantis carried 18% support.
