Tulsi Gabbard to campaign for GOP's Kari Lake in Arizona

Former Democratic presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard will campaign for Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake.

A press release from the Lake campaign announced that the former Democrat would be featured in a Tuesday campaign rally in Chandler, Ariz., along with GOP Senate candidate Blake Masters and Attorney General candidate Abe Hamadeh.

Gabbard made headlines last week after announcing she would leave the Democratic Party, which she said had lost its way.

"I can no longer remain in today's Democratic Party that is now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness, who divide us by racializing every issue & stoke anti-white racism," Gabbard lamented.

The former Hawaii representative appeared in a political ad for Washington Republican House candidate Joe Kent just one day later.
