All the votes have been cast, but the political landscape in Washington remains unclear this morning. While overall midterm election results may not be known for hours, or even days-- candidates from both parties are still celebrating historic victories. With tight Congressional races across the country still too close to call, control of the House and Senate remains unsettled.
