Democrat says actual death toll is ‘higher’ because families don't want death reported as COVID-19

Rep. Frank Pallone (D-N.J.) said on Thursday that he thinks the actual COVID-19 death count is higher than reported because many families don’t want the death of their loved ones reported as a COVID-19 death.
